Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Castle Pines Home Clubis a brand of Home Club Co., LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Home Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide a home concierge membership service that coordinates vetted local vendors to perform residential maintenance, repair, and other home services for our members in Castle Pines, Colorado.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using our website, mobile experience, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner or authorized resident of the property you are requesting services for. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Membership and free trial

New members start with a 3-month free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. The trial begins immediately upon signup. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged a membership fee.

If you do not cancel before the end of your trial, your membership automatically converts to your selected plan: $9.99/month or $99.99/year. We will email you before the trial ends to remind you. Membership renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel your membership at any time through the member portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not pro-rate partial billing periods.

4. Vendor work and payments

Our membership covers coordination, scheduling, and follow-up. The work itself is performed by independent vendors we have vetted. You pay for vendor work separately from your membership fee — either at the published fixed price (charged when you book) or at the rate you approve in a quote (charged when you approve). Payment is processed through Stripe.

Vendors are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Home Club. We select vendors carefully, verify licensing and insurance, and stand behind their work through our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — but the vendor remains responsible for the technical and professional quality of their work.

5. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds

Our cancellation, reschedule, and refund terms for both membership and individual service bookings are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your home, your access needs, and the work you’re requesting.
  • Provide safe and lawful access to your property for vendors at the scheduled time.
  • Pay membership fees and approved service charges on time.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and not for commercial properties (unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing).

7. Property access and on-site conditions

You are responsible for the condition of your property and any items in it during a vendor visit. We recommend securing valuables, restraining pets, and disclosing known hazards (electrical, structural, environmental) before work begins. If you provide gate, garage, door, or lockbox codes, we treat them as confidential and share them only with the assigned vendor for the purpose of completing the work.

8. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with a service we coordinated, contact us — not the vendor — and we’ll work to make it right. That may include arranging a return visit, sending a different vendor, or covering the difference. Specific remedies depend on the nature of the issue and are at our reasonable discretion.

9. Communications and electronic notices

By providing us with your email and phone number, you agree to receive service-related communications from us, including booking confirmations, scheduling updates, billing notices, and trial-related reminders. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; transactional and account messages are required for the Service to function.

10. Intellectual property

The Castle Pines Home Club name, the Home Club Co. name, our logos, our website content, and our member portal are owned by Home Club Co., LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your membership.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular vendor will be available at any particular time. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee describes the remedies we offer; beyond that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Club Co., LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in membership fees in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages caused by vendors’ acts or omissions beyond what our Satisfaction Guarantee covers. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Home Club Co., LLC, its members, employees, and contractors harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your interaction with a vendor outside the scope of the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the member portal at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
