    Tell us about your business β€” company, services, license, insurance, service area. Takes 5 minutes.

    Quick review

    We review applications within 5 business days. We may follow up for references or insurance certificates.

    Sign the partner agreement

    Review and accept our service agreement β€” commission rate, payment cadence, performance standards, the works.

    Set up your account

    Upload your insurance certificate, set your scheduling preferences (which weekdays you work, any blackout dates).

    Start getting jobs

    We assign jobs that match your specialty + service area. You see them in the vendor app, accept or decline, do the work, get paid weekly.

Commission

Typically 10–12%

Set per vendor in your profile. Most services land at 10–12%; specialty and high-touch jobs may differ. Whatever the rate, it's shown on every job before you accept.

Payment

Weekly, via Stripe Connect

Customers pay Home Club directly. We pay you the next Friday for jobs you completed the prior week, straight to your bank via Stripe Connect Express. Standard transfer arrives in 2 business days; instant transfer available for a small fee.

1099 + taxes

Handled automatically

Stripe Connect issues your 1099-NEC every January for tax filing. You're an independent contractor β€” responsible for your own taxes, but you don't have to chase paperwork from us.

Insurance

$1M / $2M minimum

Commercial General Liability ($1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate) with Castle Pines Home Club listed as additional insured. Cert of Insurance uploaded in the portal. Renewals handled the same way.

Job assignment

You stay in control

We send you jobs that match your specialty, service area, and weekday preferences. Decline any individual job with a reason β€” no penalty. Repeated no-shows are a different story.

Members rate every job πŸ‘ / πŸ‘Ž. Top-rated partners get more bookings and become β€œpreferred” status. Repeated πŸ‘Žs are a conversation, then a parting of ways.

Plumbing-free pipeline
